MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE, COACHING, FACILITATION, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

The hospital has commissioned Relay to provide support and expertise in further developing the organisation following the implementation of a new management structure. Other areas of work have included conflict management, coaching, management of change, and facilitation of a number of workshops and meetings.

Structured work with Relay around the organisational development agenda for the hospital has enabled Senior Managers to develop a range of skills and new thinking about processes and systems. Their ability to make links and connections with private sector organisations has been helpful in this work.

This large and quite complex agenda has been expertly managed by Relay. Their quick grasp and understanding of the issues in a healthcare setting has been excellent. The approach taken by Relay is very inclusive and facilitative. Understanding the importance of engaging clinicians in this type of work has been clearly demonstrated.
